Privacy Policy

PeerCam is provided by MEET SOFTWARE COMPANY LIMITED (“PeerCam”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at hi@ms.co.th.

We do not collect personal data for advertising or profiling. The app has no account, analytics, advertising SDK, or tracking technology. We do not receive readable live video or audio, contacts, location, or usage history.

When you choose the Camera role and grant permission, PeerCam accesses that device’s camera and microphone to provide the feature you requested. The media is transmitted directly to the Monitor device through Apple’s peer-to-peer connectivity framework. If you choose PeerCam Pro internet relay, each media and control packet is encrypted on your device before it reaches our relay. The relay routes ciphertext to the paired device and cannot decrypt, store, or record the stream.

PeerCam uses Local Network access and Bonjour service discovery to find and connect your devices. Nearby discovery information is used only to establish the direct session. Bluetooth or peer-to-peer Wi-Fi may be used by the operating system when devices connect without shared Wi-Fi.

PeerCam may store the names of monitors you mark as trusted, along with app preferences, in local device storage. This information is not sent to us. You can remove trusted devices inside the app, or delete all app data by deleting the app.

Apple processes app purchases and PeerCam Pro subscriptions. We use Apple’s signed StoreKit transaction status only to unlock paid features. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction and subscription information needed to operate purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.

A relay room uses a random room identifier and a 256-bit encryption key shared in the pairing link. The key stays on the paired devices and is not sent to the relay. Our Cloudflare-based relay may transiently process network information such as IP address, connection time, and traffic volume to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Relay content is not written to a database or cloud recording.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this website. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not use that information to build advertising profiles.

PeerCam does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The person operating the camera is responsible for using it lawfully and obtaining any consent required for people who may be seen or heard.

Direct and relay media connections require encryption, but no communication system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Relay packets are forwarded in memory and are not retained as recordings. Standard infrastructure security logs, if generated by our provider, are retained only as needed for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.

Website and relay infrastructure may process standard request and network data in countries where our hosting providers operate, subject to their safeguards. The relay cannot decrypt media content.

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
