We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable rules.
04

Your devices and network

You are responsible for compatible devices, power, permissions, and network conditions. Performance depends on distance, interference, hardware, operating-system behavior, and local network quality.

PeerCam is a paid app. PeerCam Pro is an optional monthly auto-renewable subscription that unlocks Picture in Picture, Ultra HD, Data Saver, and the encrypted relay service. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Purchases are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
06

No emergency reliance

Connections can stop because of battery loss, app suspension, interference, permission changes, device failure, or software errors. Do not rely on PeerCam where failure could cause injury, loss, or prevent an emergency response.
